Liquid lipsticks are here to stay for a long time now. I,personally adore wearing liquid lipsticks because they often dry down to a complete matte finish and stays for long ! So, I have a huge collection of Colourpop liquid lipsticks because they are the most affordable one in the market. Recently, Colourpop has come up with a new concept in the world of liquid lipsticks which is Ultra Blotted lips. It’s kind of a Korean beauty trend of just a flush of color on your lips. So, I had to try some from this range as well. The first shade I picked up is ‘Double Scoop’. It is a total summery color to have in your stash. Read on for more about this product:
After a very long time, I am reviewing a skincare product which is my holy grail moisturizer in summer. I , normally use very less and selected skincare essentials because of my oily T zones and too much sweating problem . This year, I tried Plum Green Tea Mattifying Moisturizer and it became my instant go to product. I already tried one of their face masks earlier last year, which I have reviewed also in my blog . Find out the review here: http://pinkvanity.in/review-plum-grape-seed-sea-buckthorn-renaissance-face-mask/ . For your information, Plum is a 100% vegan and cruelty-free brand.
Let’s talk more about the product:
Every time , Colourpop announces to release something new and all the makeup crazy people like me can’t keep their calm. Till now, they have delivered so many amazing things at such reasonable prices which gives us a high hope. This March, they announced to release three different collection, mainly based on spring time. Hence, I decided to try the eyeshadow palette ‘Colourpop Blow Me Away’. It belongs from their Nectar Collection. They released two other collection at the same time. Those are Pink Collection and Sand Collection.
Today, I received my first ever Ipsy Bag and I couldn’t be more happier. I am all game for beauty subscription services and I wanted to try some from USA also and Ipsy Bag is the most popular one here. I also reviewed my first ever Lip Monthly Bag last month. You can read that review here : http://pinkvanity.in/review-of-lip-monthly-bag-april-2017-edition/
Ipsy’s May edition is all about the summer essentials and here is how the bag looks like :
Hope you all are doing great. Well, I am enjoying my time in US with shopping and exploring some new places around me. This month, I tried to subscribe for two US monthly beauty subscriptions : Ipsy Bag and Lip Monthly Bag. Though I couldn’t get my hold onto Ipsy Bag (thanks to their high volume of demand ), I received my first Lip Monthly Bag just last week. When I subscribed at their site for the first time, they made me fill up some information on my preferences for colors and brands etc. They also provided me the tracking details after the shipment and I got the package within 15 days after dispatching.
Cost : $12.95 monthly (I got 50% off on my first bag)
If you are following me on Instagram regularly, you must have known that , currently I am in US with my husband. My husband had to attend some official workshops and I decided to join him. As you can imagine, seeing a new place and shopping is the main reason why I travelled so far from India. Well, I am enjoying every bit of it. After reaching here, the first thing I did was ordering some stuffs from Colourpop Cosmetics. Colourpop cosmetics is the most amazing brand one can imagine. So budget-friendly and a wide variety of products, especially eye shadows and lippers. So, when I saw they were offering free shipping on any amount purchased, I immediately grabbed the opportunity and got some stuffs.
Summer is almost knocking at our doors and I am not so happy about it. Summer means more sweat, dirt and pollution which makes my skin so dull and lifeless. My sensitive skin needs a natural remedy for this problem which leads me to an Indian Skincare brand. Kama Ayurveda is a 100% natural, ayurvedic brand which has so many options for skin and hair care regime. My first purchase from them was ‘MRIDUL’ – it is a 100% soap-free face cleanser.
I know about Taraji P. Henson vaguely for quite some time now. But the craze went up this year when she collaborated with MAC . This year’s Viva Glam collection features Taraji P. Henson. The collection consists two co-ordinating shades :
One matte lipstick and one lipglass.
Colourpop has been my absolute favorite makeup brand since last year. I have got a bunch of lippers and eyeshadows from them . In my personal opinion, it is the most versatile brand with lots of varieties and options without a hole in your wallet ! Hell yes, I am reviewing one of my recent purchase from Colourpop . It is from their Hello Kitty collection which was released last year around November. I have got an ultra-matte liquid lipstick from this range, which is called ‘Milk Bottle’ .
I have never written anything about eye shadows on my blog, till now. Though, it does not surprise me because I am not an eye-makeup genius at all. I, generally stick to my favorite warm-neutral eyeshadow palettes most of the time. That was the reason I grabbed this BH Cosmetics Carli Bybel 14 color Eyeshadow and & Highighter palette and I have been loving this palette since last year.
