Every time , Colourpop announces to release something new and all the makeup crazy people like me can’t keep their calm. Till now, they have delivered so many amazing things at such reasonable prices which gives us a high hope. This March, they announced to release three different collection, mainly based on spring time. Hence, I decided to try the eyeshadow palette ‘Colourpop Blow Me Away’. It belongs from their Nectar Collection. They released two other collection at the same time. Those are Pink Collection and Sand Collection.
Nectar collection is a vibrant one which is based on the peachy-pink vibes of spring. I was planning to get my hands on the Too faced Sweet Peach palette which started all the craziness about peach eyeshadows. But when I saw Colourpop has come up with the same hues at a much cheaper rate, I decided to try this one first.
Price : $ 18
Net Weight : 0.20 Oz
Blow Me Away is a combination of four different pressed powder eyeshadows, all of which belongs to the warm peachy-coral family. Personally, I loved the compact packaging of this palette. It comes in a sturdy cardboard box with magnetic closure. There is no mirror inside the palette though. You can find the shadow names on the back of the outer box. I quite liked the size of the eyeshadows. They are pretty decent, not too small or not too big. you can always take out the shadows from the palette to make your customized palette.
Color Description According to The Website :
- Take a Break : Duochrome peach with a subtle gold flip
