Review: Suganda White Lotus Moisturiser

Hello beauties

I have been looking for a light weight moisturiser this summer when Suganda team contacted me. They were so kind to first ask me my skin type & my skin concern rather than just sending a product randomly ! When I informed them about my requirements, they sent me over their much-raved product, Suganda White Lotus Moisturiser. I was really very excited to receive this moisturiser to try out.

Suganda White Lotus Moisturiser

The packaging of the Suganda White Lotus Moisturiser really impresses me. It comes in a solid glass bottle packaging with a pump dispenser. The packaging is quite classy & elegant. There is a plastic cap which protects the pump dispenser too. The pump actually works good as it does not spill the product everywhere. All the necessary details are there on the bottle including the manufacturing & expiry dates. I got a freshly manufactured product which will expire in next one & a half years.

Now,coming to the moisturiser itself, it is a pale white liquid with a serum like consistency. The smell is really calming & soothing as it reminds me of fresh lotuses only. The consistency ,as I have mentioned before is serum like which absorbs so quickly on my skin. It does not leave any greasiness, whatsoever. You only need 3-4 pumps to cover your entire face & neck . It is advised to use two times a day ; morning & evening.

Suganda White Lotus Moisturiser

I have been religiously using this moisturiser for the last few weeks & I am really impressed. Generally, I don’t believe in the skin lightening fact, as mentioned by the brand, but other than that, this is a must have moisturiser for oily & combination skin. It doesn’t feel like you have anything on your face. You feel the softness it provides & it actually works on itchy & irritated skin. In summer, my face becomes red & a little itchy sometimes, and after using the moisturiser, it actually calmed it down.

Suganda White Lotus Moisturiser

My Thoughts

So, Overall, I really liked this product a lot. It is definitely a saviour this summer season when Kolkata is so hot & humid, it helps in keeping up with the hydration & moisturization of my skin. Some of you may feel that it’s a little pricey for the quantity but the bottle lasts you easily for 3 months, using twice daily. Now,you can do the math, right? Also, Suganda offers some discounts occasionally in their site, so you can grab it at a discounted price as well ! Do follow their Instagram handle @suganda.co for exciting offers & new launches !

Review: Innisfree Green Barley Bubble Cleanser

Hello Beauties

Hope you are all doing great. I have started concentrating more and more into a compact skincare regime. I have been in a search of a good foaming cleanser when I found out about Innisfree Green Barley Bubble Cleanser. Innisfree is Korea’s no. 1 skincare brand with natural ingredients. It is now available on Nykaa too. I went through some rave reviews about this cleanser and thought of trying it out.

Let’s see what it claims:

Review: Innisfree Green Barley Bubble Cleanser

Product Description

During summer, my face needs something extra which will be delicate yet balancing on my skin. That’s why I chose this one as it has natural ingredients. Innisfree Green Barley Bubble Cleanser comes in a huge plastic tube packaging which includes a pump dispenser at the top. It is quite convenient and travel-friendly. The pump does not leak and pumps the correct amount each time. you will only need 2 good pumps to cover your entire face. It appears as a white foaming bubble on your palm. The fragrance is quite mild and soothing. In my personal opinion, you should wash your face with lukewarm water afterwards for a better result.

Review: Innisfree Green Barley Bubble Cleanser

My Personal Experience

I have been throughly enjoying this face cleanse since last 2 months. I started using it at the end of Winter and still is continuing with it. It cleans my face without leaving any impurities. It is not drying at all on my oily skin but if you have very dry skin, you can feel it a bit drier. It keeps the oil secretion on my Tzone area at bay for 3-4 hours straight which I like the most.

Review: Innisfree Green Barley Bubble Cleanser

The price point may feel steep to some but believe me, the bottle runs for really, really long. Also pump dispenser means less wastage, isn’t it?

Availability: Nykaa, Flipkart

Review: Innisfree Green Barley Bubble Cleanser

Bubble cleanser is something new to Indian market but very addictive, indeed. I really liked using it as my primary face cleanser and probably will re-purchase it.
